The Company
One of the world leading product and services providers is looking for the Chief Accountant / Country Financial Controller for its entity in Bogota, Colombia.

The Role
As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFC will serve as a credible, knowledgeable, and trusted resource to the General Manager and other senior leaders.

The CFC role will be to organise and lead the company’s finance team in all the areas, including day-to-day operations of high-quality manufacturing unit, maintaining all required reporting lines on the corporate and statutory fronts, and bringing in quality financial control and support for the operational decision making.

The Candidate
• 5+ years in managerial role.
• Relevant regional experience is required
• ERP / accounting system implementation is a plus
• Ability to work and influence at all levels in the organization
Must be bilingual (english and spanish)
