The managing director will be responsable for the pre-opening and opening of the hotel in the country. Ensure hotel and team results, form and lead work teams from scratch, and develop concepts and areas for all hotel businesses. Manage a team of 124 people, having the ability to manage different generations and understand their motivators. Minimum 5 years of experience as a general manager in the hotel industry, including experience in luxury and lifestyle hotels. Numerical proficiency and an innovative attitude are essential for tris rol. An excellent level of English is required, as well as experience in managing high-traffic restaurants.
