Que necesitas para ser exitoso

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a managerial position.

In-depth knowledge of Colombian accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Strong analytical and problemáticamente skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (Oracle application experience is an added advantage); advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
